About modification of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of National council of historical monuments approved by the Order of the Government No. 73/2014

Based on Item r) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of National council of historical monuments approved by the Order of the Government No. 73/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 27-34, 87), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word Ministry of Culture in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in the corresponding case, and shall be replaced with words the words "Minister of Cultural Affairs" in any case "the Minister of Education, culture and researches" in the corresponding case;

Item 4 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. Council consists of 13 members from whom:

a) three representatives of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches;

b) two representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure;

c) two representatives of the Agency on inspection and restoration of monuments;

d) two representatives of the National agency of archeology;

e) two representatives of the non-governmental organizations specialized in the field of protection of monuments;

f) one representative of ICOMOS Committee Moldova;

g) one scientific and pedagogical shot in the field of architecture of Technical university of Moldova.";

Items 5-8 to state 3) in the following edition:

"5. The staff of Council (including the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary of Council) affirms the order of the Minister of Education, culture and researches for a period of three years.
