Article 1. Bring in the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 1999 the following changes:
exclude Item 14;
add part with Items 23 and 23-1 of the following content:
"23) evasion from repayment of accounts payable (Article 242);
23-1) coercion to transaction or to refusal of its making (part of 1 Article 246);";
add part with Item 25-1 of the following content:
"25-1) abuse of regulations, ensuring safe functioning of transport (part of 1 Article 321);".
2. To add part 2 of Article 46-1 with words ", resolutions, determinations".
3. To add part 1 of Article 51 with words ", and in the cases provided by parts 4 and 5 of Article 317 and Article 317-1 of this Code - for a period of one year up to eight years".
4. To exclude Item 2 of part 2 of Article 86.
5. State Article 88-1 in the following edition:
"Article 88-1. Release from criminal liability in connection with voluntary compensation of the caused damage (harm), payment of income gained in the criminal way
