1.1. in Article 5.4.1 after the word "forming" to add with words "(taking into account article 8-1.2 of this Law)";

1.2. to consider the text of Article 8-1 Article 8-1.1 and to add with Article 8-1.2 of the following content:

"8-1.2. State registration of the public legal entity created by relevant organ of the executive authority is performed and if members of its governing bodies are not appointed en banc.".
