b) to add Item 32 after words of "the development program of sport" with the words "in the Russian Federation";

2) in Article 6:

a) to "Olympic Games" to add Item 2 after words with words ", to the Paralympic Games, Deaflympics, the World special Olympic Games";

1) determination of the main objectives and the directions of development of physical culture and sport taking into account local conditions and opportunities, acceptance and implementation of municipal development programs of physical culture and sport;

2) development of mass sport, sport for children and young people and school sport in the territories of municipalities;

3) assignment of sports categories and qualification categories of sports judges according to article 22 of this Federal Law;

a) approval and implementation of schedules of sports actions and sporting events of the municipalities including sports actions and sporting events for realization of the GTO complex;

b) health maintenance organization of official sports actions and sporting events of municipalities;

6) assistance within the powers to ensuring public order and public safety when carrying out in the territories of municipalities of official sports actions and sporting events;

7) creation of conditions for training of sports national teams of municipalities, determination of sports on which sports national teams of municipalities, approval of procedure for forming and providing such teams, the direction them for participation in intermunicipal and regional sports competitions can be formed;

8) participation in ensuring preparation of sports reserve for sports national teams of municipalities, subjects of the Russian Federation, including ensuring organization activity, the programs of sports preparation developed on the basis of federal standards of sports preparation and (or) additional general education programs created by municipalities and implementing in the field of physical culture and sport, and also control of observance by the organizations created by municipalities and realizing the programs of sports preparation developed on the basis of federal standards of sports preparation, federal standards of sports preparation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;

9) investment of non-profit organizations with the right according to accomplishment of standard rates of testing (tests) of the GTO complex;

10) implementation other established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and charters of municipalities of powers.";

5) in Article 9.1:

The international official sports actions and sporting events concerning which there are obligations of the Russian Federation are held in the territory of the Russian Federation only on condition of approval of offers (requests) on holding such actions of the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation in which territories holding such actions, and federal executive body in the field of physical culture and sport is planned. Approval of offers (requests) on holding such actions, including about promotion of the Russian Federation, the cities of the Russian Federation as candidates for the right of holding such actions, execution of obligations (guarantees) assumed by the Russian Federation in connection with preparation and holding such actions, approval of regulations (regulations) on such actions are performed according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
