1.1. in Article 9 Item "p" "legislation" to replace the word with the word "law", and in this Item after the words "social insurance" to add with words ", compulsory medical insurance, unemployment insurance";

1.2. at the end of the Item "about" point to replace parts 1 of article 12 with semicolon and to add with the Item "p" of the following content:

"o) provide timely and complete payment of insurance premiums on compulsory medical insurance of workers according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About medical insurance".";

1.3. in the Item of part 2 of Article 43 of the word "social and other insurance" shall be replaced with words "compulsory national social insurance and other compulsory insurance";

1.4. in paragraph nine of part 1 of Article 54 "legislation" to replace the word with the word "law", and in this paragraph after the words "social insurance" to add with the words "and other compulsory insurance";

1.6. as regards the 2nd Article 304:

1.8. in Item 6.2 of appendix 1 to the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic the word "social" in the second case shall be replaced with words "compulsory national social insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance and compulsory insurance from cases of loss of professional working capacity as a result of labor accidents and occupational diseases".
