Article 1. "Article 229-5. Unlawful taking of the parcel of land

The unlawful taking of the parcel of land made after application of administrative punishment for the same actions

it is punished by penalty from two hundred up to two hundred fifty basic settlement sizes or obligatory social jobs from three to three hours or corrective works up to two years.

The unlawful taking of the parcel of land which entailed demolition of buildings, other structures, constructions or plantings or their parts on the withdrawn parcel of land, without preliminary and full recovery of market value of the specified property, and also losses caused to his owner in connection with such withdrawal, made after application of administrative punishment for the same actions or with causing significant damage,

it is punished by penalty from two hundred fifty up to three hundred basic settlement sizes or obligatory social jobs from three to four hours or corrective works from two to three years or restriction of freedom from one to three years or imprisonment up to three years with deprivation of certain right.

The same actions made with causing major damage

are punished by penalty from three hundred up to five hundred basic settlement sizes or restriction of freedom from three to five years or imprisonment from three to five years with deprivation of certain right.

The same actions made by all-dangerous method or with causing especially major damage

are punished by imprisonment from five to eight years with deprivation of certain right".

Article 2. To add 1) with Article 200-2 of the following content:

"Article 200-2. Unlawful taking of the parcel of land

Unlawful taking of the parcel of land

Article 241-11 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 245 part one:

Article 4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

bring decisions of the government into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by state bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law;

provide execution, bringing to contractors and explanation among the population of essence and value of this Law.

Article 5. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
