1) in Article 280.1 part one:
a) in paragraph one the word "Federations —" shall be replaced with words "The federations which are commited by person after its administrative prosecution for similar act within one year -";
b) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles" "from two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles";
To add 2) with Article 280.2 of the following content:
"Article 280.2. Violation of territorial integrity of the Russian Federation
The alienation of part of the territory of the Russian Federation or other actions (except for delimitations, demarcations, redemarkation of Frontier of the Russian Federation with the adjacent states) directed to violation of territorial integrity of the Russian Federation in the absence of signs of the crimes provided by Articles 278, 279 and 280.1 of this Code -
are punished by imprisonment for a period of six up to ten years.".
