1) in Article 2:

a) to "higher education" to add Item 7 after words with words "(to bachelor degree, specialist programme, magistracy, training of the top skills according to programs of internship and programs of assistantship training)";

b) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8) federal state requirements - mandatory requirements to programs of preparation scientific and research and educational personnel in postgraduate study (graduate military course) and to additional preprofessional programs, established by authorized federal executive bodies according to this Federal Law;";

c) add with Item 8.1 of the following content:
