Article 1

Article 3 to add 1) with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) the personal data permitted by the subject of personal data for distribution - personal data, access for the unrestricted group of people to which is provided by the subject of personal data by consent on processing of the personal data permitted by the subject of personal data for distribution according to the procedure, provided by this Federal Law;";

Item 10 of part 1 of Article 6 to declare 2) invalid;

Article 9 to add 3) with part 9 of the following content:

"9. Requirements to content of consent to processing of the personal data permitted by the subject of personal data for distribution are established by authorized body on protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.";

Item 2 of part 2 of Article 10 to state 4) in the following edition:

"2) processing of the personal data permitted by the subject of personal data for distribution is performed with observance of prohibitions and conditions, the stipulated in Article 10.1 present of the Federal Law;";

To add 5) with Article 10.1 of the following content:
