attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.

Violation by the organization included in the list of the organizations which are performing educational activities, holding examination in Russian as foreign, to history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation, method of calculation of cost of service in holding examination in Russian as foreign to history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation established by the legislation of the Russian Federation -

Violation by the organization included in the list of the organizations which are performing educational activities, holding examination in Russian as foreign, to history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the form or procedure for holding examination in Russian as foreign, to history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation established by the legislation of the Russian Federation -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from two hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles.

5. Holding examination in Russian as foreign, to history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation the organization included in the list of the organizations which are performing educational activities, holding such examination, with non-compliance established by the legislation of the Russian Federation of requirements to the minimum level of knowledge necessary for passing such examination -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.

Article 19.30.2. Non-presentation or untimely submission of data or violation of procedure for entering of data into the federal information system "The Federal Register of Data on Education Documents and (or) about Qualification, Documents on Training"

1. Violation by the official of federal state body or executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation, exercising public administration in the field of education, or the local government body exercising control in the field of education or the organization performing educational activities or the official of such organization of procedure or terms of entering into the federal information system "The Federal Register of Data on Education Documents and (or) about Qualification, Documents on Training" of data on the issued education documents and (or) about qualification, documents on training, certificates on ownership of Russian, knowledge of history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.

2. Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
