About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population" concerning prevention of spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 27, Art. 218 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

Part the second Article 46 to add 1) with Items "є" and the following content:

"є) for the admission of person to public buildings, constructions where servicing of the population is performed, and public transport during action of the quarantine established for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus without the prevention informed in any form and in any manner of need to dress individual protection equipment of respiratory organs, in particular, respirator or the protective mask closing the nose and mouth including made independently and/or for lack of response to stay in such places of persons without the put-on individual protection equipment (the oral note on need to put on individual protection equipment, the servicing termination, challenge of the representative of National police with the message on administrative offense) the legal entity, physical person entrepreneur pay penalty in the amount of two hundred to three hundred free minima income of citizens;

g) during action of the quarantine established for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus by workers of subjects of managing and/or directly physical person entrepreneur without the put-on individual protection equipment of respiratory organs, in particular, of respirators or protective masks closing nose and the companies including made independently the legal entity, physical person entrepreneur pay penalty in the amount of two hundred to three hundred free minima income of citizens for consumer service";
