Article 7.32.3 to add 1) with part 9 of the following content:
"9. Violation by the customer of the payment due date of goods, works, services in the agreement (separate stage of the agreement) signed by results of purchase with the subject of small or medium business established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.";
To replace 2) regarding 1 article 23.83 of figure "3 - 8" with figures "3 - 9".
