To add 3) with Article 5.61.1 of the following content:

"Article 5.61.1. Slander

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on legal entities at the rate from five hundred thousand to three million rubles.".

This Federal Law becomes effective after fifteen days after day of its official publication.
