Some questions of investigation of cases of death of separate categories of health workers
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that provisions of the Section "The Procedure of Investigation of Cases of Death of Health Workers of the State and Utility Healthcare Institutions Providing Primary, Emergency, and also in Stationary Conditions Secondary (Specialized) and Tertiary (Highly Specialized) Medical Care to Patients with Sharp Respiratory Disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, Caused by Coronavirus owing to Infection with SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus" of the Procedure for the investigation and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents on production approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 17, 2019 No. 337 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 34, Art. 1217), are applied in case of the death of health workers of the state and utility healthcare institutions providing primary emergency, and also in stationary conditions secondary (specialized) and tertiary (highly specialized) medical care to patients with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus owing to infection with coronavirus of SARS-CoV-2, which came during action of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and within three months from the date of its cancellation.
2. Confer to the Ministry of Health powers on explanation of requirements of the Section "The Procedure of Investigation of Cases of Death of Health Workers of the State and Utility Healthcare Institutions Providing Primary, Emergency, and also in Stationary Conditions Secondary (Specialized) and Tertiary (Highly Specialized) Medical Care to Patients with Sharp Respiratory Disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, Caused by Coronavirus owing to Infection with SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus" of the Procedure for investigation and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents on production.
