About entering of amendments into the Constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. In article 8 of the Constitutional law of December 16, 2016 No. ZR-9 "Regulations of National Assembly":

Part 1 to add 1) with Item 9.2 of the following content:

"9. 2) if it is provided by part 2.2 of Article 146 of Regulations to propose to Council of National assembly the alternate member of the competitive council created for election of candidates for position of the member of autonomous body;";

To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. If it is directly provided by Regulations, the decision is deemed accepted by consensus of fractions of National assembly if the same decision was made by all fractions of National assembly.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 28 of the Law with Item 19 of the following content:

"19) if it is provided by part 2.2 of Article 146 of Regulations, it is appointed the member of competitive council created for election of candidates for position of the member of autonomous body.".

Article 3. To add article 146 of the Law with parts 2.1 and 2.2 of the following content:

"2.1. If the Law provides forming of competitive council for election of candidates for position of the member of autonomous body, and competence of appointment it is allocated by the member for fractions of National assembly or Council of National assembly, then within five working days after informing in the established law procedure about forming of competitive council of fraction of National assembly the decision adopted by consensus appoint one alternate member of competitive council.
