Subitem 7-9) of part one of Item 1 of Article 37 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7-9) develops and approves the list of especially important group water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply;";

Article 37-1 to add 2) with subitem 8-9) of the following content:

"8-9) develops and approves method of calculation of the amount of payment for one cubic meter of the pumped drinking water to the population from especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply according to the lists approved respectively by authorized body or local executive bodies of areas in coordination with the authorized body performing management in spheres of natural monopolies;";

Article 38 to add 3) with part two of the following content:

"Local representative bodies of areas approve the amount of payment for one cubic meter of the pumped drinking water to the population from especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply according to the lists approved respectively by authorized body or local executive bodies of areas.";

4) in Article 39:

in the subitem 10) to exclude the words "and supply of drinking water from especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply according to the list approved by authorized body";

add with part two of the following content:

"Local executive bodies of areas:

1) are developed and approve the list of especially important local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply;

2) are developed and submit for approval in local representative bodies of areas the amount of payment for one cubic meter of the pumped drinking water to the population from especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply according to the lists approved respectively by authorized body or local executive bodies of areas;

3) is realized by actions for subsidizing of cost of services in supply of drinking water from especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply according to the lists approved respectively by authorized body or local executive bodies of areas;

4) provide in authorized body in the field of municipal services information on approval of the list of especially important local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply including in case of introduction in it of changes and (or) amendments.";

5) of Item 1 of Article 135 of the word "according to the list approved by authorized body" shall be replaced with words 5) in the subitem "according to the lists approved respectively by authorized body or local executive bodies of areas".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
