Part third of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 7, 1993 No. 841-XII "About currency control" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 22, 2019 No. ZRU-573) (2019, 10, the Art. 672) to state sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan to No. in the following edition:
"The binding of the prices of implementable goods (works, services) in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is not allowed to foreign currencies and conventional units. In exceptional cases on the projects performed with participation of the foreign investments attracted within agreements on public-private partnership and investment contracts with the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the binding of the prices of implementable goods (works, services) in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is allowed to foreign currencies and conventional units".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 10, 2019 No. ZRU-537 "About public-private partnership" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2019, No. 5, the Art. 262) the following amendments and changes:
1) in Article 1:
to add part one after words of "public-private partnership" with the words "including concessions";
add with part three of the following content:
"Implementation of concessionary projects, and also the conclusion of concession treaties are performed according to the procedure, established by this Law for projects of public-private partnership";
