About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for withdrawal, realization or destruction of the property which is subject to the address to the income of the state

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for realization of the property which is subject to the address to the income of the state, and also simplification of procedures of certification of products the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes and the addition in Regulations on procedure for withdrawal, realization or destruction of the property which is subject to the address to the income of the state approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 15, 2009 No. 200 (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 29, the Art. 335), according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Transport A. Zh. Ramatov.
