About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 35, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring stable activities of banks and timely accomplishment of obligations to investors and other creditors by them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), such changes:

To replace 1) in the subitem 2 of Item 5 of Chapter 9 of the Section III of figure "1.5" with figures "1.6";
