In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About legal protection of expressions of the Azerbaijani folklore" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 8, Article 406; 2009, No. 12, Article 971; 2011, No. 6, Article 462; 2013, No. 5, Article 484) to make changes:
1. Article 5.2 is repealed.
2. In the first and second offers of Article 6.3 and in Article 9.2 before words of "relevant organ" to add the word of "the organization created".
3. In Article 9.2 before words of "relevant organ" to add the word "the organization created" of the word of "state policy in the field of copyright" shall be replaced with words "realization of state policy in the field of intellectual property rights".
