About entering of amendment into the Water code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add article 12 of the Water code of the Republic of Armenia of June 4, 2002 with Item 18 of the following content:

"18) in the procedure established by the Government is provided by the conclusion of contracts for rendering paid services for use of drying (drainage) system and controls accomplishment of the requirements established by the law.".

Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions:

1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. From the date of entry into force of this Law:

1) the Government approves procedure for use of drying (drainage) system and the amount of payment for rendering services, and also form of the agreement of use of these systems till January 1, 2021;

2) after January 1, 2021 relations between the organizations operating drying (drainage) systems, and the subjects using these systems are subject to regulation according to the procedure of use of drying (drainage) system.
