Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 1998 the following changes:
1. The paragraph third parts one of Article 7 and Article 262-2 after words of "the mediativny agreement" to add with words ", the international mediativny agreement".
2. Part third of Article 40-1 after words "voluntary settlement", and "execution of the mediativny agreement" to add respectively with words of "the international mediativny agreement" and ", the international mediativny agreement".
3. The fourth Article 46 to add the paragraph with words ", the international mediativny agreements".
4. To state the name of Chapter 9 in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 9 PROVIDING CLAIM. PROVIDING SUBJECT OF THE INTERNATIONAL MEDIATIVNY AGREEMENT".
5. Add the Code with Article 113-1 of the following content:
"Article 113-1. Bases of providing subject of the international mediativny agreement
The court considering economic cases according to the petition of the parties which are in the procedure of dispute settlement for the purpose of the conclusion of the international mediativny agreement having the right to take measures for providing subject of the international mediativny agreement.
The rules established by this Chapter are applied to measures for providing subject of the international mediativny agreement.".
6. To add paragraph two of Article 145 with the words "or being in the procedure of dispute settlement for the purpose of the conclusion of the international mediativny agreement".
7. In Article 262-1:
the name of Article, paragraphs the first, third and fifth parts two, parts the fourth - the eighth after words of "the mediativny agreement" to add with words ", the international mediativny agreement";
