Of December 28, 2015 to make the following changes and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 216:

1. In all text and in appendices to this order;

1.1. Change and state the account name 1221 in the following edition:

1221 "Fees on compulsory medical insurance in the form of percentage allocations to the salary and other remunerations paid by workers".
