(10) the Tax code and for the purpose of accomplishment of the Action plan on ensuring realization of process of centralization of post-operational and operational functions of control, accomplishment of function of the criminal investigation and special investigative activities approved by the Order GNS No. 492 of September 23, 2020 and also for the purpose of optimization of tax administration and establishment of single procedures of carrying out tax control I ORDER:

1. The management according to procedures of sealing and rasplombirovaniye approved by the Order GGNI No. 611 of July 24, 2015 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 275-280, 2055), to change and add as follows:

The text "Management of managements of tax administration" to replace 1) In Management Item 11-1 with the text "Heads of responsible divisions of the State Tax Administration".
