1. The public company "Single Regulator of Gamblings" (further - the Company) is created by the Russian Federation for the purpose of increase in efficiency of the state control (supervision) of the organization and carrying out gamblings and ensuring off-budget financing of sport in the Russian Federation.
2. Functions and powers of the founder of the Company on behalf of the Russian Federation are performed by Federal Agency for State Property Management.
3. The company acts on the basis of the Charter, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
4. The location of the Company is the city of Moscow.
1. For achievement of effective objectives the Company performs the following functions and powers:
1) interacts with federal executive body, the representative for control and supervision in the field of taxes and fees, including by means of monitoring and identification of illegal activities for the organization of gamblings on the Internet;
2) is performed by transfer, suspension, renewal of transfer of the target assignments withheld from organizers of gamblings, to the all-Russian sports federations and professional sports leagues;
