According to article 22 of the Federal constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 No. 1-FKZ "About judicial system of the Russian Federation", articles 1 and 21 of the Federal constitutional Law of June 23, 1999 No. 1-FKZ "About public vessels of the Russian Federation" to determine that jurisdiction of garrison public courts extends to military units, organizations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies deployed in the territories of the following administrative and territorial units of the Russian Federation:

1) the Abakan garrison military court - in the territories of the Republic of Tyva, Republic of Khakassia, Ermakovsky and Minusinsk districts of Krasnoyarsk Krai;

2) the Anadyr garrison military court - in the territories of the Magadan region and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug;

3) the Arkhangelsk garrison military court - in the territories of the city of regional value of Arkhangelsk, the cities of Koryazhma and Kotlas, the island territories Franz Josef Land and Victoria, Velsky, Verkhnetoyemsky, Vilegodsky, Vinogradovsky, Kotlas, Krasnoborsky, Lensk, Leshukonsky, Mezen, Novaya Zemlya, the Pinega, Seaside, Solovki, Ustyansky, Holmogorsky, Shenkursky districts of the Arkhangelsk region and the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug;

4) the Astrakhan garrison military court - in the territories of the Astrakhan region (except for the territories of the closed administrative-territorial education Znamensk), Lagansky, Chernozemelsky, Yustinsky and Yashkulsky districts of the Republic of Kalmykia;
