Make changes to Item 7 of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 596; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 27, Art. 787; 2019, No. 43, of the Art. 1492), having excluded paragraphs the third and fourth.
2. Determine that healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public service for emergency situations establish in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs rates for paid services proceeding from economically reasonable costs for rendering the specified services.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs in three-months time to develop and approve the Procedure for forming of rates for the paid services provided by healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public service for emergency situations.
