to which according to decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus the debt on soft credits is transferred;

included in lists of the insolvent agricultural organizations which are subject to financial improvement according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 2, 2018 No. 399 "About financial improvement of agricultural organizations" according to which proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy) are by a court decision stopped;

local executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level to whom debts on the soft credits issued by Belagroprombank open joint stock company to agricultural organizations on construction (reconstruction), acquisition of apartment houses (apartments), reconstruction of objects under premises, repair of the empty individual apartment houses (apartments), fee connected with state registration of real estate are transferred;

citizens to whom debts on soft credits are transferred:
