About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of republican fund of universal servicing of communication and informatization approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2020 No. 13, the following changes:
to add item 4 after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:
"performs information collection from operators of telecommunication in form of the departmental reporting on contributions to fund;";
add the Provision with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. The right of receivers of fund to expenditure of its means provided by fund in the current financial year stops upon termination of such financial year.
Remaining balance of fund for the end of financial year goes to expenses of fund in the following financial year.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
