About modification of Item 3 of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2020 No. 616

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2020 No. 616 "About establishment of prohibition on the admission of the manufactured goods coming from foreign states, for the purposes of implementation of purchases for the state and municipal needs, and also manufactured goods coming from foreign states, works (services) performed (rendered) by foreign persons, for the purposes of implementation of purchases for needs of defense of the country and safety of the state" (The Russian Federation Code 2020, No. 19, of Art. 2993; No. 32, Art. 5315).

2. Determine that provisions of Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2020 "About establishment of prohibition on the admission of the manufactured goods coming from foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases to the state and municipal needs, and also manufactured goods coming from foreign states of works (services) performed (rendered) by foreign persons for the purposes of implementation of purchases to needs of defense of the country and safety of the state" in edition of this resolution are not applied No. 616 to the relations connected with implementation of purchases, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases, invitations to take part in which are sent about day of entry into force of this resolution, including to contracts, information on which is included in the register of the contracts signed by customers about day of entry into force of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Add the subitem "e" with the words "and holding operational and search actions".
