Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About courts of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 380; 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 698; 2016, No. 7, Art. 603; 2018, No. 2, Art. 62) following amendments:
