About modification of Item 4.5 of the Section IV of the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing customs clearance of goods using the customs declaration on the form of the single administrative document

According to part two of Article 246 of the Customs code of Ukraine, 2, of the 5th item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to subitems:

1. The paragraph the fourth subitem 4.5.3 of Item 4.5 of the Section IV of the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing customs clearance of goods using the customs declaration on the form of the single administrative document approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 631, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 10, 2012 for No. 1360/21672 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"verification of presence of the existing sanctions applied to the Ukrainian subject of foreign economic activity and/or foreign business entity according to the Laws of Ukraine and/or international treaties of Ukraine which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its official publication.
