About approval of the Regulations on conducting examination of the counters of gas established at consumers and intended for accounting of natural gas in life

For the purpose of ordering of relations between the gas supplying companies and physical persons which use gas counters for accounting of natural gas in life during conducting examination of counters of gas and according to the Rules of provision to the population of services in gas supply approved by the resolution of the Office Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 1999 N2246 "About Approval of Rules of Provision to the Population of Services in Gas Supply" I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on conducting examination of the counters of gas established at consumers and intended for accounting of natural gas in life (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of oil, gas and oil-processing industry Zinevich V. O. provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of oil, gas and oil-processing industry Zinevich V. O.
