in Rules of involvement of the citizens to protection of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan within boundary space approved by the specified resolution:
4) of Item 15 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) approach of the circumstances excluding its further participation in protection of Frontier (identification of mental, behavioural disturbances (diseases) including connected with the use of psychoactive agents, other disease constituting danger to people around - according to the list approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, death of the citizen);".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
