About purchases in housing and communal services

For the purpose of high-quality and timely rendering housing and communal services, performance of works on improvement of settlements, and also providing the organizations of housing and communal services with the modern machinery and equipment:

1. Ceased to be valid

Local executive and administrative organs annually till December 31 on each organization with which according to subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of this Decree the contract for performance of works on improvement and (or) rendering housing and communal services without holding procedures of purchases, stipulated by the legislation is signed make decisions on total cost of such works and (or) services which are purchased within the next financial year including on:

to content (operation) of subjects to external improvement - proceeding from economically reasonable costs for their accomplishment and planned profitability no more than 10 percent;

to maintenance, maintenance of the elevator, the address with solid utility waste - proceeding from planned estimated prices on these services;

to sanitary content of auxiliary rooms of the apartment house - within maximum permissible rates for the population, regarding rendering these services in hostels - proceeding from economically reasonable costs for their rendering;

to running repair, repair of subjects to external improvement - according to the legislation in the field of the prices and pricing in construction.

The total cost of the purchased works on improvement and (or) housing and communal services can be specified by decisions of local executive and administrative organs within financial year on condition of observance of the requirements provided in part one of this Item.

3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 146 "About financing of purchase of the modern machinery and equipment" the following changes:

3.1. in subitem 1.1 of Item 1:
