Regulations on licensing of space activities

1. This Provision determines procedure for licensing of the space activities performed by legal entities.

2. Licensing of space activities is performed by Federal Space Agency (further - the licensing body).

3. When implementing space activities can be carried out (to appear) the following works (services):

a) creation and production of the space equipment, space materials and technologies, and also creation and reconstruction of space infrastructure;

b) installation of equipment, input and acceptance in operation of objects of space infrastructure, their completion, repair and reconstruction;
