About entering of amendment and change into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 1 of Article 44 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) with the new offer of the following content: "The serviceman or other citizen, the missing person as a result of military operations, can be acknowledged as court is unknown absent if within three months there are no data on the location of the serviceman or other citizen.".
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 47 of the Code to replace the word "two" with the word "one".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication and extends to the relations which arose since September 27, 2020.
