1. Approve Regulations on procedure of control of the order by assets which belong to economic societies it (is applied).

2. To submit to the director of the department of financial analysis O. Polishchuk and the director of Legal department O. Shmulyar this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Interstate the relation and joint businesses O. Kurlova to recommend to the deputy director of Department concerning the corporate relations Y. Voytsekhovsky and the department director acceptance of economic societies by governing bodies in which authorized capital the state share constitutes more than 50 percent plus 1 share, domestic situation about the order property of the society developed according to the this provision regulations.

4. Repeal the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 No. 1194 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of control of the order property of economic societies".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Fund.
