About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of activities of special advisors to the president of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. To be reworded as follows the regulations on the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 13, 2017 No. 40, it (is applied).
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

Are determined by this Provision procedure for position assignment and dismissal of the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus by general questions, special advisors to the president of the Republic of Belarus - areas, Minsk inspectors, the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus concerning development of financial credit system, the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus (further - the assistant if this Provision does not determine other), their main objectives, the rights and obligations.
2. The assistant is the official providing accomplishment of orders of the Head of state in the separate directions it to activities.
3. General coordination of activities of assistants is performed by the Chief of Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus.
