About change of the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 79

Based on subitem 1.15 of Item 1 of Article 12 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298, the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Health regulations in the woods of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 79, the following changes:

1.1. in Item 8:

to add part one after the word "except" with the word "dead standing";

the second to state part in the following edition:
