1. Approve the Procedure for renewal and issue of duplicates of special permissions to use of natural resources in 2006 which is applied.
2. The order of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine of 04.10.2005 N 349 "About approval of the Procedure for renewal and issue of duplicates of special permissions (licenses) for use of natural resources in 2005", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.12.2005 for N 1477/11757, to declare invalid.
3. (Gursky D. S.) to provide to the public geological service provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Lizun S. O.
