Article 1

Bring in article 91 of the Federal Law of July 19, 2018 No. 197-FZ "About service in criminal executive system of the Russian Federation and about introduction of amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation "About the organizations and bodies performing criminal penalties in the form of imprisonment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 30, the Art. 4532) the following changes:
