About introduction of amendments to articles 19.15.1 and 19.15.2 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

1) in the note to Article 19.15.1:
a) to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"if they are spouses, children (including adopted), wards, spouses of children, parents, adoptive parents, guardians, custodians, spouses of parents, brothers and sisters, grandmothers, grandfathers or grandsons of the employer (owner) of the premises having registration at the place of residence in these premises;";
b) to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"if living together with the employer or the owner of premises of person are in relation to it spouses, children (including adopted), wards, spouses of children, parents, adoptive parents, guardians, custodians, spouses of parents, brothers and sisters, grandmothers, grandfathers or grandsons.";
The note 1 to Article 19.15.2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Citizens of the Russian Federation are exempted from the administrative responsibility for abuse of regulations of registration of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the place of stay or at the place of residence in premises in case of submission of documentary information that they are spouses, children (including adopted), wards, spouses of children, parents, adoptive parents, guardians, custodians, spouses of parents, brothers and sisters, grandmothers, grandfathers or grandsons of the employer (owner) of the premises having registration at the place of residence in these premises.".
