Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About scientific and scientific and technical examination" of January 12, 2010 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 1, of the Art. 17) of the word "Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on the state supervision in the field of science and education".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
