1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. "About determination of the list of special cars" to state the column "Distinctive Features" of Item 13 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2001 to No. 1398 in the following edition:

1.2. No. 1857 "About vehicles of operational appointment" to add Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2002 with the paragraph of the following content:

1.3. To add the instruction about procedure for use by vehicles of operational purpose of the special light and sound alarm system approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2011 No. 439, with Item 23 following of content:

"23. Drivers of special vehicles of the State committee of judicial examinations have the right to use the alarm system in case of accomplishment of urgent operational or office tasks in cases:

followings to the place of making of crimes, administrative offenses, incidents, including road and transport;

followings to production site of urgent investigative and other legal proceedings;

deliveries in the judicial and expert organizations of objects of judicial examination.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
