for the purpose of expansion of trade and economic relations between the states, considering need of introduction of amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic Kyrgyzstan about mutual organization of the trade missions of October 8, 1992 (further - the Agreement),

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Article 1 of the Agreement to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"By mutual consent of the Parties in other cities of the state of stay departments of the trade missions by means of the conclusion the Parties of international treaties can open. Departments of the trade missions have the same status, as the trade missions.".

Article 2

Article 6 of the Agreement to state in the following edition:

"Article 6

This agreement becomes effective in day of its signing.

This agreement is signed sine die.

Each of the Parties can terminate this agreement, having sent through diplomatic channels the written notice of it to other Party not later than six months before the termination of its action.

It is made in Bishkek on October 8, 1992 in duplicate, everyone in the Russian and Kyrgyz languages, and both texts are equally authoritative.".

Article 3
