"34. The customs is authorized to change data from standard forms in electronic form, and also on paper, within 4 years from the date of their making:

1) according to the statement of the customs applicant;

2) on the initiative and with the notification of the customs applicant.

35. Information from the database of information system, in 4 years it serves only for collection of statistical data.

Standard forms on paper and the relevant source documents shall be stored within 5 years at customs where standard forms were completed.".
