1. Bring in the Regulations on measures of protection and determinations of procedure of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 5 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

the eighteenth Item 2 after words "the laws of Ukraine" to add the paragraph with words and figures ", the Procedure for application of reflection in the electronic form for information containing in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine in the form of card and reflection in the electronic form of information containing in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad, during implementation of the pilot project on application of the specified reflections, No. 278 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2020 (with changes)";

add Item 7 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Clients of authorized institutions can use the e-passport and the e-passport for trip abroad for implementation of currency transactions.";
