About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of cages fish-breeding

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of cages of the fish-breeding, classified by code 8907 90 000 1 CN FEA EEU, in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till March 31, 2022 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line item with code 8905 90 100 1 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "24C)" to exclude;

b) 24C to state the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union in the following edition:

"24C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of February 16, 2021 No. 16 till 31.03.2022 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
