About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 524

Based on subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2008 No. 271 "About some questions of regulation of activities of banks", No. 465/18 "About features of implementation of payments following the results of work in year to heads of banks" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and the paragraph of third Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2016

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 524 "About some questions of compensation" the following changes:

1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure and conditions of payment of remuneration following the results of work for accounting year or annual bonus it (is applied).";

1.2. to add subitem 2.3 of Item 2 with part of the following content:

"The bases for obligatory decrease (deprivation) in awards and remunerations to the head of bank in which authorized fund the ownership ratio of the state constitutes more than 50 percent are rejection of measures for respect for production, labor and performing discipline and to providing safe working conditions in the bank headed by it, and also failure to provide the accruing result since the beginning of accounting year of payment in full of the current consumption of natural gas, electrical and heat energy and other bases according to the decision of authorized body of management of bank;";

1.3. exclude Item 3;
